Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for R&D design support, trial production, testing and review of new products,
2. Responsible for process review of design drawings of new products or derived products to ensure the manufacturability of products;
3. Responsible for the manufacturing process of mechanical parts Review and examine the processing capabilities of suppliers;
4. Responsible for employee production process training and skill appraisal assessment;
5. According to the requirements of mechanical products, carry out process plan and process design on design drawings, and prepare process manuals, quality control point guidance books and other processes 6.
Supervise and inspect post operators to implement mechanical product process flow, process parameters and product standards,
7. Analyze and solve process problems in processing; conduct necessary research on existing mechanical product production technology and put forward improvement suggestions;
8 .Establish and maintain relevant process documents, prepare all necessary documents for workshop work based on existing mechanical product design, especially drawings, BOM and basic process flow; 9. Collaborate with
mechanical product development department,

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, machinery manufacturing, mechatronics and other related majors;
2.2 years of craft and related work experience, excellent English reading and writing skills are preferred;
3. Familiar with the manufacturing process of mechanical products , have good quality awareness and cost awareness, work proactively, meticulously and rigorously,
5. Familiar with product performance, product structure, working principle, have solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience;
6. Have certain project development experience, team awareness Strong, able to communicate directly with the production department, quality department, and R&D department;
7. Master IE, SPC, FMEA and other common process engineering methods and tools, and use AutoCAD and Solidworks proficiently; be able to read, explain, and use various technical documents and instructions ;
8. Possess the ability to solve on-site failures, statistical investigation and analysis ability, strong execution ability, good analysis and judgment ability and communication ability.
