Responsibilities:

1. Participate in on-site inspections of suppliers, lead supplier system audits, and fill in inspection records or audit reports

2. Formulate annual audit plans for qualified suppliers, lead supplier annual audits, and submit audit reports

3. On-site supplier audits . Review the improvement items proposed, track the corrective measures and verify their effectiveness

4. Sign the supplier's "Quality Agreement" and the subsidiary statement

1. Supplier quality key performance (incoming material inspection pass rate, on-line PPM) monitoring and statistics

2. Supplier quality management ability improvement promotion and supplier material inspection exemption promotion

1. Disposal review of unqualified incoming materials

2. Communicate with suppliers for unqualified incoming materials, promote the implementation of rectification measures, and track the effectiveness of rectification

3. Supplier quality assessment

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery manufacturing and management ;

2. Three or more years of work experience in this position or quality management position;

3. Serious and responsible work, strong principles, clear thinking, and strong organizational communication skills

4. Proficient in ISO9001/IATF16949/VDA6.3 internal auditors Training, training related to supplier quality management

5. Various manufacturing processes and product characteristics, product inspection, quality control planning, quality management and other related knowledge
