Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the first article inspection and inspection of the products in the manufacturing process, and fill in the inspection records in a timely and accurate manner

2. Responsible for product inspection status identification

3. Do a good job of quality statistics within the scope of responsibility

4. Responsible for supervising material identification and supervising the effectiveness of measuring and checking tools on the production site (calibration period, normal operation inspection)

5. Be responsible for the process execution in the responsible work area to ensure compliance; monitor the suitability of materials, equipment, tooling and other elements that affect product quality within the scope of responsibility, evaluate and report quality risks

6. Check and ensure that the unqualified products are correctly marked, and re-inspect after rework and repair

7. Issue a notice of non-conforming products to ensure that the cause is found and measures are taken to verify the effectiveness of the implementation of the measures

8. Disposal of scrapped products (open scrapping list), etc.

1. College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience in the same position;

2. Able to read CAD drawings and use measuring tools
