In order to further leverage the role of technical backbone in "inheritance, assistance, and leadership" and accelerate the construction of the talent team, on the afternoon of May 20, 2025, the company held the first apprenticeship ceremony with the theme of "Inheriting Craftsmanship, Building the Future Together". General Manager Han Zongxi, department leaders, five pairs of mentors and apprentices, and all employees of the R&D department gathered together to participate in this event.

At the beginning of the event, the host read out the activity process, and Minister Song Junmin of the Human Resources and Administration Department delivered a passionate speech. She emphasized that "mentorship" is an important measure for the company to inherit excellent traditions and cultivate outstanding talents, and is the key to achieving sustainable development of the company. Through the mentorship activity, we hope that masters can impart their experience and skills without reservation, while apprentices humbly seek advice and study hard. Masters and apprentices work together to inject a continuous stream of motivation into the development of the company, and jointly depict the grand blueprint for the future of the company.

Subsequently, Minister Song Junmin of the Human Resources and Administration Department provided a detailed introduction to the implementation plan of this mentorship activity and announced the list of mentorship pairs.

The key apprenticeship process is based on "ritual", and the four carefully designed apprenticeship processes are carried out in sequence.

1、 Sign the agreement:

Both the master and apprentice signed the "Master Apprentice Agreement", which carries the responsibility of the master to "guide virtue, talent, and teaching", and engraved the promise of the apprentice to "study diligently, ask questions diligently, and think diligently".

2、 Offering clear tea:

The apprentice expresses their respect for the teacher and the Way through the traditional tea ceremony, and the master drinks all the tea to show their commitment to sharing knowledge.

3、 Gift giving:

The apprentice expresses gratitude to the master with carefully prepared gifts, and the teacher's kindness is like a sea, thanking the mentor for their hard work and careful guidance on the apprentice's future growth path;

4、 Declaration of Oath:

The master and apprentice respectively read out their vows, and in the firm oath, they made a solemn promise of "teaching and learning".

Finally, the company's general manager Han Zongxi expressed sincere expectations for this mentorship activity. He used his own experience as a guide to point out that pairing master and apprentice is not only the inheritance of skills, but also the continuation of the spirit of craftsmanship. He hopes that both master and apprentice can take this event as an opportunity to establish a deep friendship, learn from each other, and promote each other in their work.
