Engineered to satisfy the demands of steady flow, reliable head, high efficiency and adaptability to the complex working conditions of fuel reactors, the EPH2500H-00 delivers a rated flow and head of 260L/min@24m. It drives efficient circulation of coolant, rapidly removes heat generated during reactor operation, and keeps core components within an optimal operating temperature range. This effectively solves heat buildup in medium-power hydrogen fuel reactors and prevents performance attenuation or component failure caused by overheating.

To support long-term stable cooling system running, the pump comes with a maximum input power of ≤2200W and a peak efficiency of 53%, striking an ideal balance between strong cooling capacity and energy efficiency. It lowers the overall power consumption of the reactor system and improves energy utilization. Its wide DC voltage range of 410~750VDC is fully compatible with high-voltage power supply schemes of industrial hydrogen energy devices, featuring strong voltage adaptability to maintain stable output amid minor power fluctuations, making it ideal for diversified hydrogen fuel reactor applications.
Built to endure harsh on-site operating environments, the EPH2500H-00 carries an IP67 protection rating, delivering exceptional dustproof and waterproof performance to resist liquid splashing, dust contamination and environmental interference, avoiding electrical faults and ensuring safe and stable pump operation. With a rated speed of 6300rpm, it realizes high-efficiency coolant delivery, while its precision-engineered centrifugal structure ensures smooth high-speed running with a noise level of ≤70dB(A), reducing equipment noise pollution and creating a friendlier on-site working environment.
Made of high-performance materials including PPS+40%GF and die-cast aluminum (ADC12) with sophisticated manufacturing processes, the pump offers an extra-long service life of 15000h to support continuous long-haul operation in cooling systems. This greatly reduces pump replacement and maintenance frequency, cuts the overall operation and maintenance costs of reactor systems, and boosts equipment availability.
The pump adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor with water cooling for stable heat dissipation, and supports CAN bus communication for stepless speed regulation. It integrates complete fault protection including idling, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, locked-rotor, over-temperature, reverse connection protection and communication loss protection, further enhancing system security.
