Conflict Minerals Compliance Policy

In line with responsible supply chain practices and in adherence to business ethics and sustainable development principles, the Company strictly prohibits the procurement, use and distribution of conflict minerals that directly or indirectly fund armed conflicts, involve severe human rights abuses (including child labor, forced labor and violence), or cause environmental harm.
For the purposes of this policy, conflict minerals include: Tin (Sn), Tantalum (Ta), Tungsten (W) and Gold (Au) (collectively referred to as 3TG).
The list of conflict-affected countries specifically refers to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its nine neighboring countries: Angola, Burundi, the Central African Republic, the Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.
